Bag Turner

Bag Turners are one of the key pieces of machinery in the bagging system. The Bag Turner is designed to take a bag from the bagging conveyor in a vertical position onto a 4' conveyor and reposition it to be taken away top first on to another bag conveyor. The adjustable slide plate controls the vertical position of the bag while the wheel turns the bag in the desired direction. The Bag Turner itself was constructed using state of the art computer aided design programs to insure the precise production.
