Proline Bag closing System
Our Proline is a proven professional quality bag closing system built around the American Newlong NP-7A sewing head. The system features a five foot variable height conveyor with a production speed of 35 feet per minute. The sewing head pedestal accommodates bags up to 36" tall. The entire system occupies a space of 60.25 inches wide and 28 inches deep. Operating the system is easy. Head and Conveyor motors are controlled by a two position foot switch. An optional automatic head actuator string cutoff is available. The sewing head is synchronized with the conveyor by means of a variable speed pulley.
The NP-7A incorporates an improved looper system along with a simplified internal mechanism. When we complement this improved looper system with the "Case Hardened Steel Cam" (no plastic cams) it translates into a longer machine life. With the oil pump lubrication system (oil lines direct lubricant to the main moving elements) there is minimum maintenance required. With 1/3 more surface area on both the presser foot and the feed dog the NP-7A easily handles kraft paper, cotton, jute and pp/pe woven cloth as well as other bag materials.

Sewing Head Motor
Our Proline uses a
separate industrial quality 115v 1/4hp AC motor. The motor is sealed to protect
bearings and windings. The conveyor motor and gear box is inside the head
pulley.
